Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, the Player Development Manager will be responsible for the overall operations and management of the Player Development program.
As the Players Development Manager, you will develop and manage the player development area to cultivate relationships with high worth casino guests. Ensures that the department and team members are in compliance with all rules and regulations and that all company expectations are maintained.
This position is responsible for the overall operations and administration of the department, manages and directs the daily shift activities of the Department.
